We are a genuinely Alagoan company, with 49 years of tradition in producing pasta and cookies. Where it all began
1979
We started producing pasta and cookies
The Pajuçara that you know today began its activities with coffee roasting. For many years, coffee was our only production. But today, we no longer produce it.
We then entered the pasta and biscuit segment, bringing the flavor of the most popular biscuits and all the quality and flavor of our pasta, which our consumers still love today.
2007
Purchase of the AFA Brand
It was then that we acquired the AFA brand, which is the largest coffee roaster in the state of Alagoas. This brought more strength to our brand and expanded our market. It marked our trajectory and took us up another step.
2012
Wafer Arrival
Our production gained another product. Becoming a sales success, it strengthened the Pajuçara brand with the production of this new biscuit, expanding our consumer audience.
2018
Tapioca biscuits and their benefits
A very popular product in the south and southeast regions of Brazil. We brought it in a very innovative and delicious way, aiming to serve the entire northeast region. Thus, our Tapioca Biscuit arrived. Gluten-free and lactose-free, our Tapioca Biscuit reaches an audience that does not compromise on health.

Special line wafer - Chotoso
Chotoso is here to warm the hearts of those who love wafers and chocolate. We created a version inspired by the chocolate bar, with filling from start to finish. Chotoso is our latest love. It's love at first bite!

Pajuçara Sequills
The launch of Pajuçara sequilhos is a revival of the traditions of Alagoas, where these cookies are part of the state's culture. Available in Coconut, Milk and Cinnamon flavors, they are perfect for any occasion. Crunchy and made with the care of those who understand flavor and tradition.
