Industry Pajuçara attends AAHAR 2025, one of Asia's largest food fairs

Pajuçara Foods, a brand from Alagoas with 50 years of history and tradition in the production of pasta and cookies, is attending AAHAR 2025, one of the most important events in the Asian food and beverage sector. Held in New Delhi, India, from March 4 to 8, the fair is a strategic opportunity to strengthen our presence in the international market.

AAHAR is known for bringing together the main players in the sector, including distributors, importers, representatives of the hotel, restaurant and catering industries. In 2024, the event had more than 1,800 exhibitors, consolidating its position as one of the largest global meetings to promote food and beverage exports.

Representing Pajuçara Alimentos, our commercial manager Mariane Alves is in India taking part in business rounds, meetings with international buyers and presentations of our products. “Taking Pajuçara to an event of this magnitude is a milestone in our history. We believe in the brand's potential to conquer new markets and increase the visibility of the Alagoas industry on the international stage,” says Mariane.

AAHAR 2025 is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE), promoting the internationalization of Brazilian companies in the food and beverage sector. In 2024, the event had more than 1,800 exhibitors and attracted thousands of buyers from various countries.

We are excited about this great opportunity and we remain steadfast in our commitment to bringing the quality, taste and tradition of Pajuçara Alimentos to even more homes around the world!
